Instructions to read before handling first test
Conservation of the INSTI tests at a temperature between +15 to +30 ° C.
Perform tests up to 42 ° C.
Need to use gloves when handling the product.
Procedure for carrying out the tests:
All tests should be used as soon as the tests are opened
LANCET
With the finger follow the edge of the package to feel the notch where it is necessary to
tear. Remove the transparent cap, place the red side of the lancet against the finger and press.
TEST INSTI:
Tear at the location of the notch away from each side.
Place the INSTI membrane with the white border facing the back.
SAMPLE:
Use sampling pipette holding it horizontally in the BIG drop of blood without touching the finger and WITHOUT PRESSING ON THE TIP
Collect blood up to the black line without air intake.
Press the pipette to put the blood in the bottle 1.
Homogenize each bottle before pouring gently into the well.
Expect the total filtration of each sample through the membrane before proceeding to the next step.
Do not read results after more than 5 minutes after the end of the test.
The two points visible on the membrane may be of different intensity:
Blue = positive 2 points - 1 point Blue = negative
